Dr. Sikwa has held a number of Senior Leadership positions in corporate companies, Non-Governmental organization and Botswana Government. In the last quinquennium she was the Health Ministries Director for SID. She is currently the Executive Director for Adventist AIDS International Ministry (AAIM) in Africa looking after ECD, SID and WAD under the General Conference of SDA.
